For some matters there is a shorter route

These four routes are faster than a message, because they collect everything we need in one go:

• Spare part or replacement cover – we need a photo of the chair and the label underneath the seat. How to find both is explained on Spare parts and replacement covers.
• Withdrawing from a contract – there is a statutory function for this: withdraw from contract here. The time limits and the model form are in the instructions on withdrawal.
