We charge no shipping costs and have no minimum order value. When your chair sets off depends on whether it is in stock with us or being made at Flokk – the binding figure is always stated on the item.
In stock or in production
“Available immediately” on an item means: the chair is in our warehouse in the Erzgebirge and usually leaves us within a few working days. Where a span such as “approx. 2–3 weeks” is given, the configuration is being made at Flokk. We deliberately do not put a blanket delivery time on this page: a Capisco in a stocked colour is a different matter from a special fabric out of Norway. With payment in advance the period starts with your transfer; there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Several items with different delivery times go out in one consignment, unless agreed otherwise.
Where we deliver
Throughout Europe, directly through the shop – the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and the smaller European states and territories. Outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply that are beyond our control – do speak to us before ordering.
Parcel or freight
Single chairs travel as parcels: a Capisco 8106 weighs 12.1 kg, the 8107 14.4 kg, a Puls between 7.4 and 11.6 kg, and the carton measures 0.129 m³. Larger quantities become pallet goods – 15 chairs per Euro pallet, four when assembled. For office fit-outs we deliver by freight forwarder, with assembly on request: business customers.
Confirmation
After your order you will receive a confirmation in text form within two days. If it fails to arrive, you are no longer bound by the order.
Collection and a test sit
You are welcome to collect in Geyer and have the chair adjusted on the spot – An der Morgensonne 4, visits by arrangement: showroom and advice.
